After a successful career of 15 years in the British Army, serving in some of the hot spots in the world, Colin decided to leave the battlefields and carve a career in the Hospitality Industry, Looking after Politicians, Film Stars, Opera stars and many other people. Ending this chapter in his life as the CEO of 5 of the top Hotels in Copenhagen Denmark. On return to the UK Colin enlisted into the Recruitment and Headhunting Industry, recognising the skill set he had cumulated over the years could be put to use helping others to choose the right path within their careers. Successful selling his Company in 2012 after 10 years.

Knowing the book was still not complete, Colin became an Execution Business Coach and worked tirelessly within the Coaching sector supporting senior Executives to open their perspectives to success.

Taking this to the next Level Colin joined forces with Gerard O Donavan CEO of Noble Manhattan Coach Training in developing an already successful Peer to Peer exchange company. His task was to take the concept of Peer to Peer to the Wider World, having now created successful multiply boards in over 30 Countries.
